本标准于１９９２年首次发布。本标准代替ＧＢ／Ｔ１２００４．５—１９９２《聚氯乙烯增塑糊刮板细度的测定》。本标准规定了用刮板细度计测定PVC糊中粗粒粒径的方法。本标准适用于ＰＶＣ 糊粗粒粒径的测定。本标准与ＧＢ／Ｔ１２００４．５—１９９２的主要技术性差异如下：
———修改了标准名称；
———增加了“术语和定义”一章（本版第３章）；
———删除了刮板细度计的具体规定（１９９２年版的３．１和３．２）。

【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoindustrialhigh-frequencydielectricheatinginstallationsusedforthepurposeofthermalapplicationssuchasmelting,drying,welding,insectextermination,andgluingofpartiallyconductiveornon-conductivematerialssuchasplastics,wood,rubber,textiles,glass,ceramic,paper,bambooorfoodstuffs,inbothnormalandprotectiveatmospheres,using,forexample,inertgasesorvacuum.Thisstandardrelatestohigh-frequencydielectricheatinginstallationswithnominaldielectricheatingfrequencyintherangefrom1MHzto300MHzwithratedusefuloutputpowergreaterthan50W.Themainpurposeofthisstandardistoassistincompliancewiththerequirementssetoutin6.4ofIEC60519-9whentestingelectroheatingpowersources.Itisnotprimarilyintendedasameansofrepresentingapotentialhigh-frequencyheatingapplicationfortherequirementoftheuser.Duetothelargevarietyofdielectricheatingapplications,anyoutputpowervalueobtainedasaresultofthesetestsshouldnotalwaysbetakenasrepresentingthepowerthatcanbedissipatedinaparticulardielectricheatinginstallation,but,incertaininstances,theoutputpowervaluecouldbeusedasanindicationofperformance.Thepowerrequiredtoheatachargeisdependent,forexample,onthetypeofmaterialheated,thetemperatureofheatingandambientmoistureandontheconstructionoftheelectrodesystem.Thisstandardrelatestoequipmentnormallyoperatingundercontinuousratedconditions.
