【摘要】:ThisStandardspecifiesproceduresforevaluationofuncertaintiesintestparametersandmethods,andforpropagationofthoseuncertaintiesintotheuncertaintyofatestresult.Dependingontheapplication,uncertaintysourcesmaybeclassifiedeitherbythepresumedeffect(systematicorrandom)onthemeasurementortestresult,orbytheprocessinwhichtheymaybequantified(TypeAorTypeB).Theendresultofanuncertaintyanalysisisanumericalestimateofthetestuncertaintywithanappropriateconfidencelevel.
