【摘要】:ThisStandardreflectsindustryexperienceandcurrentunderstandingofthequalityassurancerequirementsnecessarytoachievesafe,reliable,andefficientutilizationofnuclearenergy,andmanagementandprocessingofradioactivematerials.TheStandardfocusesontheachievementofresults,emphasizestheroleoftheindividualandlinemanagementintheachievementofquality,andfosterstheapplicationoftheserequirementsinamannerconsistentwiththerelativeimportanceoftheitemoractivity.ReportonbehalfoftheOwner;and(5)CertificationoftheLoadCapacityDataSheetonbehalfoftheNCertificateHolder.(b)forDivision2:(1)CertificationoftheDesignSpecificationonbehalfoftheOwner;(2)CertificationoftheConstructionSpecification,DesignDrawings,andDesignReportonbehalfoftheDesigner;and(3)ReviewoftheDesignReportonbehalfoftheOwner.Alsoprovidedarethedutiesofthesepersonnelintheperformanceoftheactivitiesdescribedabove.
