【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesand/orspecifiessamplingplans,methodsofsampling,methodsforthereductionanddivisionofsamples,andsetsouttherequirementsforsamplingreports.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletodeliveriesoffertilizerorlimingmaterialsuppliedtothirdpartiesforresaleundertheirownresponsibilityinsmallerlotseachofwhichwouldbesubjecttolocal,nationalorregionallegislation.Itisnotintendedtoanddoesnotoverrideanystatutorycontrolmethodswhichhavetobefollowedwhensamplesaretakenbycontrolauthorities.ThetechniquesandmethodsgiveninthisEuropeanStandardapplytoallsolidfertilizersandlimingmaterialsinpackagesuptoandincluding50kginmass,andinbulk,providedtheproductisbeingmovedStaticheapsofproductarenotincluded.ProductinIntermediateBulkContainersholdingupto1000kgmaybetreatedeitheraspackagesorasbulk.NOTE.ThetermfertilizerisusedthroughoutthebodyofthisStandardandshouldbetakentoincludelimingmaterialsunlessotherwiseindicated.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcovercomplete,statisticalsamplingplans.
